Below is an outline of our schedule for the first 3 days of school and the weeks ahead.

 

  • Wednesday, August 25, 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
    • First day of schools for grades 9 & 10 only
    • Grades 9 & 10 report to Crew at 8:30 a.m.
    • Students dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 26, 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
    • All SHHS students (grades 9-12) 
    • Grades 9 - 12 report to Crew at 8:30 a.m. 
      • MAP testing for grades 9 & 10
      • Orientation activities for grades 11 & 12
    • Special ODD bell schedule
    • Students dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
  • Friday, August 27, 8:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
    •  All SHHS students (grades 9-12) 
    • Grades 9 - 12 report to period 2 at 8:30 a.m.
    • Special EVEN bell schedule 
    • Pep Rally
    • Students dismissed at 3:15 p.m.

 

Beginning Monday, August 30, we will follow the regular block schedules.  Tuesdays and Thursdays will be ODD periods (1,3,5,7).  Wednesdays and Fridays will be EVEN Periods (2,4,6,8).  Mondays will rotate between EVEN days and ODD days. Families now have two ways to raise funds for SHHS student programs. Using your membership card, register to support SHHS at Heinen's. For every purchase you make, the grocers will donate a percentage of your bill to the high school -- at NO COST to you.
